Questions before you join?
Clear answers about demand pools, privacy, contractors, pricing, and homeowner control.
The basics
What is JoinPools?
JoinPools is a neighborhood demand marketplace for home services. Homeowners join pools for services they need, and contractors compete for grouped neighborhood demand.
Is JoinPools free for homeowners?
Joining a pool is free. Homeowners are not charged when they express interest or reserve a spot.
What happens if a pool does not fill?
You can remain until more neighbors join, switch to another pool, or leave the pool.
Privacy & commitment
Am I committed if I join a pool?
No. Joining shows interest. You decide later whether to accept an offer.
Is my address public?
No. Your exact address is not shown publicly to other homeowners. It is used privately for eligibility and route-density calculations.
What if I do not like the final price?
You do not have to accept it. Joining never authorizes an automatic purchase.
Pricing & contractors
Why would contractors offer better pricing?
Grouped demand lowers contractor costs by reducing drive time, marketing costs, scheduling friction, and lead uncertainty.
How are contractors selected?
Contractors are reviewed based on licensing, insurance, service category, service area, reputation, and pool performance.
Can I choose the contractor?
Homeowners can review the selected offer and contractor before accepting. Pool details disclose the contractor’s credentials, scope, and pricing.
Services & coverage
What services are available?
Window cleaning, carpet cleaning, gutter cleaning, air conditioner cleaning, home cleaning, pest control, roofing, solar, landscaping, painting, artificial turf, and pool service.
Which neighborhoods are supported?
Summerlin West, Summerlin South, Green Valley Ranch, Henderson, Inspirada, Anthem, Seven Hills, Southern Highlands, Skye Canyon, Mountains Edge, Centennial Hills, Aliante, Cadence, Lake Las Vegas, and MacDonald Highlands.
How JoinPools works
How does JoinPools make money?
JoinPools may earn a marketplace fee from successful contractor opportunities or completed pool transactions. Homeowners see clear pricing before accepting any offer.
